Have you ever found yourself wondering about your purpose in life? You're not alone—I’ve been there too. Sometimes, we reach a point where we question whether we genuinely make a difference or serve a purpose. But the KJV Bible Ephesians 2:10 reminds us of a powerful truth: "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Even before our creation, God had a plan uniquely designed for us. All we need is faith. Faith to trust Him and allow Him to guide us on the path He has prepared. It sounds simple; doesn’t it? Yet, surrendering entirely to God and trusting His plan isn’t always as easy as it seems. 

Believing in God instills a profound sense of faith that he will bestow upon us both strength and resilience during life's challenges. This promise is beautifully illustrated in Philippians 4:13, which boldly proclaims, "I can do all things through Christ who empowers me." This scripture serves as a powerful reminder that faith in God is not just a source of comfort but a dynamic force that equips us to confront and conquer any obstacle in our path.

At various stages in life, we often pause to reflect and ask ourselves profound questions: "What am I truly doing? How did I arrive at this point, and what direction should I take next?" Many of us harbor dreams about our ideal futures—visions of what we want to accomplish and who we aspire to become. For some, this pathway may be clear and straightforward; for the majority, it is a complex tapestry woven from experiences and lessons learned.

A community is people who come together to have common interests or goals or live near each other. Communities are vital to our lives. They give us a sense of belonging, support, and identity. An intricate part of who we are and how we identify ourselves comes from sharing our lives with others is crucial. It adds to our happiness and well-being.

I remember the day I was saved like it was yesterday. In my young mind, it was so simple that I had a hard time understanding why everyone wasn't saved. As I have grown in my faith (thirty-something years later), I have come to realize that it isn't quite as simple as my childlike mind thought. Not everyone walks the same path and has the same story.

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the word devotional comes from devotion. They define devotion as "an act of prayer or private worship." A daily devotional is a dedicated time every day to develop a closer relationship with God. Every relationship needs time to develop; your relationship with God is no exception. Dedicating time each day allows focus on God and His word. Reading, reflecting, and praying provides a deeper understanding of God.

James 2:26 states, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” Growing your faith requires embracing His word as truth and allowing people around you to see your commitment to God. Faith starts withering when you do not feed it by doing God's work.

Prayer is a powerful and personal way to communicate with God. Through prayers, we are allowed an intimate connection with God. Only He can transform our lives. In Philippians 4:19 it says "But My god shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." God assures us that prayer can move mountains. Through prayer, a strong relationship develops between God and an individual.
